Our 100 days "TRY ME OUT" period:
Try me out to stand out! All (unpersonalised) PHOENX products have a free trial period of 100 days. Thus, you have 100 days to live and explore, to surf the present and to ignite the future. In case you don't like the product or the colour, you can send it back to us for either a full refund or in exchange for your preferred colour option. Unfortunately, we cannot offer this TRY ME OUT period for personalised items as they are customised according to your preferences. Please keep in mind that the 100 days “TRY ME OUT” period does not start over after your product has been exchanged. 

You want to send it back? Here is how it works:
If our product is not your perfect travel companion, please send an E-Mail to help@phoenx.co. Once we have received your inquiry, we will contact you via E-Mail and will send you a refunding form to be filled out. Please consider that we are not able to cover shipping costs and that your package needs to be identifiable by a tracking number. Packages sent without tracking numbers are not eligible for refunding. 

Once we received your product, this is how you get your refund / new product:
Once your inquiry was approved you will be notified via E-Mail. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on country and bank institution).  Please bear in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable. In case you want to exchange your product, shipping costs for returning your product within Europe is on us. 

You are still waiting for your refund? Please check the process below:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@phoenx.co

Just a quick summary of our shipping policy for refunds:
To return a product for refund or exchange please send an E-Mail to help@phoenx.co. Once we received your inquiry, we will send you a form to be filled out prior to sending back our product. Afterwards, a trackable shipping service needs to be used to send the product back to PHOENX. Unfortunately, we are not able to bear the corresponding shipping costs. Once the product arrived at our warehouse, it will be checked. After the approval, we will be refunding your bank account or might send a new product in exchange. For all exchange products, shipping costs within Europe are on us.
