Which countries are you shipping to?  
We are constantly trying our very best to ship to almost every country in the world. However, due to special circumstances (e.g. political instability, travel restriction etc.), we reserve the right to refuse orders from certain regions. In case you are unsure whether your country is among these regions, please feel free to reach out to us by sending an E-Mail to hello@phoenx.co.


Are you covering the shipping costs?
As part of our pre-order special, we are going to cover worldwide shipping costs, regardless of the country you are based in. Thereby, a standard shipping rate will apply, meaning that, depending on the location where you are based, shipping could take up to 15 days.

Once the pre-order special is over and our products arrived at our warehouses, we will cover standard shipping costs within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). In case you would like to receive your product earlier, you will have the option to select an express delivery on our check-out page. If you selected this option, we are still happy to bear the standard shipping fee while the markup for express delivery cannot be covered by us.

For all countries that are not listed above, shipping costs will be shown on our check-out page. Here you will still have the chance to select between standard and express delivery.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Our pre-order special is supposed to be shipped between November / December 2020. The entire team is working hard to meet this deadline and to deliver your suitcase bundle on time. Once the bundle is shipped, it will take up to 15 days depending on the location where you are based.

Once the pre-order special has ended, delivery times for standard and express shipping apply. Thereby, standard shipping within the European Union will take between 2-5 business days, while express delivery will take 1-2 days (exact delivery date to be expected will be shown on the check-out page while selecting the option).

For all orders outside the European Union, please see the delivery details declared on our check-out page. It is unfortunately not possible for us to provide more accurate details, as the delivery date is highly depending on the location you are based and the delivery option you are going to choose.

Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?
During our pre-order phase, you can easily change or cancel your order. Once the pre-order phase is over, changing or cancelling the order will no longer be possible. As our team will immediately process and ship your order, changes or cancellations will most probably be arriving too late to our system. However, you will always have the chance to make use of our 100 days "TRY ME OUT" period (more details can be found in the “Refund Policy” section).
